BSSC Graduate Level Exam 2015

Bihar Staff Selection Commission has changed the date of 2^nd Graduate Level Primary Combined Competitive Examination. Now this exam will be held on 16^th and 23^rd February. Previously it was on 15^th and 22^nd February. The Head of B.S.S.C had said that due to unavailability of examination centre from District government, the date has changed.

The Certificate which is given to the students of B.R.A Bihar University will be now 6 types of security code. Now it is not easy to fraud in certificate. From 2015, the students of all courses will get this type of certificate. The Mark sheet will be fully computerised.

This year 2014, there is an early intimation on the Entrance Test for the Diploma courses in Government and Private Polytechnics in Bihar in Engineering, Para Medical courses. In year 2013, there was cancellation of the Published Result since the session gone late, so to avoid the unfavorable circumstances, the Bihar combined Board has taken the decision to sell out the Prospectus and Application for the Diploma Examination i.e DCECEB 2014. Here are Important Details on the same.

Advt No : B.C.E.C.E.B. ( D.C.E.C.E.) - 2014/01, Dated 20/02/2014. 

Polytechnic Engineering/ Polytechnic Non Technical/ Para Medical Dental/ Hotel Management

Examination Date : 10.05.2014 for PMD and PM and 11.05.2014 for PE and HM Courses.

600000 and the Cost of the Application will be Rs. 330/-.

Application form will sold out from Date : 21/02/2014 to 20/03/2014.

Last Date to Send Completely filled Application Form : 27/03/2014.

This year,2013 its going late and late in all the routine wise examination schedule in BRABU. But its a good news that the MBA examination for the session 2013-15 is going to have it from the 26th of December. 

• Apart from that, Special Practical Examination of Graduation First year is going to be from 19th to 24th of December.
• Admission in BILIS has been extended to 15th of December.
• Subsidiary Exam of Left over Candidates of Home Science and Zoology is from 21st December.
• Examination of Biotechnology for the first year is from 21st of December.

In Bihar, there are four B.Ed colleges, these B.Ed colleges are located in the four Districts viz; Muzaffarpur, Chapra, Bhagalpur and Sharsha. According to the norms of National Education Council the teacher in the colleges must be a Trained one. so, after reviewing this step, Bihar Government has taken a decision to fill the 100 seats of each colleges for the session 2013-14 by the following educational qualification rules :

1. In B.Ed, Admission will be granted to those only who have Passed STET.
2. Those who are untrained in any School, need to qualify STET.
3. Only STET Passed Candidates can opt for B.Ed.

There were several request to change this criteria but after deep consideration Education of Bihar came to the fact that

STET is compulsory.

Research Scholar Association BRABU Muzaffarpur

PRT Passed Candidates of BRABU University in session 2011 held a meeting in L.S college, Muzaffarpur infront of Mahatma Gandhi Statue. Discussion were held on the different problems. 

The Prime Decision that was taken is to help the research student  by establishing Research Scholar Association . Mani Singh was appointed as chairman, Alok Kumar as Deputy Chairman and Gunjan Kumar as Secretary and Rupak Kumar as Media spokesperson. The representative will meet the vice chancellor Dr. Ravi Verma to sort out the problem of scholars.

Now Ph.D course will be available through Distance Mode : UGC Approved

University Grant commission (UGC) has pass out a resolution to start M.PHIL and Ph.D through Distance Mode. Earlier this mode of learning and research was paused due to some reason. All the process has been started to initiate the programme. The course will start from 2015-16 session. But it is compulsory that the resolution 2009 must be followed.

Now the examination of Special TET Examination will held on 1st october. Earlier Examination was going to be held on 22nd September. It is estimated that Almost 2 lakh candidates will appear in the examination. The Secretary of BSEB told that on the 22nd of September, the examination of Railway is going to be held so it is not possible to have the TET examination on the same day. 

It is getting trouble having examination center in different District. Especially in the Patna, Gaya , Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga are facing problem in TET Centre. Thus, It  has been decided to have the examination on 1st of october.

On 26th of September the first ever convocation by central University of Bihar is going to be held in the Meeting Hall in Birla Institute of Technology, Patna. In the Convocation degree will be awarded to the student of 2009-11, 2010-12 and 2011-13 Batch Student. The Stage will be controlled by the speaker of Lok Sabha Mira Kumar. Chief Guest and will be Mohammad Hamid Ansari.

Diploma in Computer in Equivalent to BCA and BSc(IT) and 'A' Level

Students Studying in Polytechnic of BIhar in Patna and Muzaffarpur are now eligible for any post of computer which is equivalent to BCA and BSc(IT) and 'A' Level . The decision was took off on Tuesday by Cabinet in Patna.

1125 Seats Increased in BIhar Engineering Colleges

1250 seats in Polytechnic colleges and 1125 in Engineering Colleges.

On Tuesday, Cabinet decided to Increase Seats in Bihar Engineering and Polytechnic colleges,  it will enable the economically handicapped student to acquire 5 % seats of colleges. Now, Diploma in Computer will also apply on the seats of BCA, BSC(IT) . Secretary of Indian Technical Educational Board told that 20 percent seeats have been increased as per Order.
